What is DeepCleanMac?
DeepCleanMac is a Mac cleaning and maintenance app that finds and deletes files that are safe to remove, such as system caches, logs, temp files and app leftovers. The vendor says it never touches personal documents or critical system files. Besides cleanup, it uninstalls apps along with their preferences, caches and containers. It can also reset an app to factory state, find duplicate files by content, check for app updates from the App Store, Homebrew and Sparkle, shred files, map disk usage as a treemap, and show live CPU, memory and disk use with a health score. You download it as a DMG from the vendor's site, not from the Mac App Store.
